Couldn't make it past the elevator. I booked this hotel for a one night trip in San Antonio because I read decent reviews. As soon as we walked in, the poor keeping of the lobby and the innumerable children running around gave me a bad feeling. The desk clerk was not friendly and when we got to our room, we were puzzled to find the door slightly ajar. When we entered the room we found the sink basin completely removed from the counter and lying on the floor. A maid came in and told us no one was supposed to be in this room. Rather than waiting around for another room, we cancelled our reservation and left.…
