Relaxing environment and great staff

I started coming to this spa very shortly after it opened and everyone I've come in contact with has been very friendly and nice. Their prices are good too. They're always having specials and discounts on their procedures. They don't have a tight schedule so I can always schedule a soon appointment and I've never waited in the waiting area for more than one minute. Although I wouldn't mind. The waiting area is very relaxing and they have beverages and snacks.

Wonderful skin care!

I thoroughly enjoyed going to Sonterra Laser Med Spa and have already recommended it to several friends already. The staff is very thorough, professional and friendly. I even received a follow up phone call a few days after my treatment, something I have not had happen ever before. The staff is not pushy on products, give honest feedback and the prices are very reasonable. I have already booked future appointments for different treatments. Great Place to Relax and

Right away the staff greets you when you come in. They are so friendly and make sure you are comfortable. When you are taken to the back the are so pateint explaining everything to you. No Pressure in buying things you didnt go in for. Dr. Kumar is so funny and make you feel so relaxed and at home. Letty is so great at making you feel welcome and a person not just another customer. Roma is awesome too and so funny! Thanks Sonterra Laser Med Spa!

Great place to relax and look better at the same time!

A wonderful staff that really tries to make your experience one that is both restful and a pleasant memory. They really do care about you and want you to be totally satisfied. They will do everything in their power to make sure that this is accomplished. I would recommend Sonterra Laser Spa to everyone and as a matter of fact I already have!

Best Med Spa in San Antonio..make no mistake!!!

This is truly the best medical spa I have ever been to!! The staff will know you by name by the second appointment you make. They really take a geniune interest in their clients, and they make sure you know whats going on during your treatment.

Besides great customer service, the technicians know what they are doing.

Make no mistake, they are the best in San Antonio. I have yet to find another med spa that can top them.

Great atmosphere, friendly & professional staff

I was looking for a spa I could visit on a regular basis and they truly fit the bill. I called several spa's to obtain information on specific services and this was the only spa that was courteous, professional and patient in explaining the details of each service. They were sincere and their suggestions were helpful.

Prices are also competitive but it does not affect the services that are offered. The monthly specials they email is also a great reminder of what else I need to schedule.

This is the best spa in San Antonio and I have tried many but they won me over!

Great Service at Sonterra Laser Med Spa!

After visiting another similar business that was very pushy and felt like I was buying a used car, I was cautious visiting Sonterra Laser Med Spa for the first time, but after my appointment, I was very impressed. They were there to inform me, not pressure me! They have the newest technology that was very informative. The treatment prices were also very reasonable. I am a very satisfied customer!

Young Again

I always wanted to get Botox to have a more youthful appearance. For some reason I was scared and unsure of what the results would be. After speaking with Dr. Kumar and his team, I felt completely comfortable and decided to go forward with the procedure. I am extremely happy with the results.

Customer Satisfaction Comes First

The staff @ Sonterra Laser Med Spa are warm and welcoming every time you visit. They take the time to listen to your needs and do whatever they can to make them happen.

Their office manager, Roma Kumar who happens to be the wife of the spa's on site MD, goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy with every aspect of their experience.

I have referred all of my co-workers to Sonterra Laser Med Spa (including the CEO) and everyone that has visited raves about the spa.

I look forward to receiving services for many years to come.
